Today I jumped in the car with 2 of my other team members,
Tiffany and Samantha, and we made our way thru the LA drizzle to see what was
new.
Our first stop was this large 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom English
Tudor in Hancock Park ($2,495,000).
The house had very good "bones," and was partially updated, but a small portion of it still needs a modern touch. Perfect for someone who is looking for this size house
and wants to put their personal mark on it without it requiring too much
work or additional money.

Next, we rushed excitedly to see this house in Brookside, located on the little known and mysterious brook
that runs under the city from Griffith Park to Ballona creek and only shows itself in this small area of Hancock Park, just South of Wilshire and
East of Highland. This 4 bedroom/
4.5 bathroom house was sold approx
8 months ago as a teardown for close to $1mil. Luckily, the developer decided instead to renovate and
restore the original home. It's
now listed at $1,899,000.

| The entire house was beautifully remodeled |

The next highlight of our day was another recent renovation, this time a large California Craftsman home listed at $979,000 in the area called Country Club Park - just North
of Pico and East of Crenshaw. This
area is a little spotty - the better portions of it tend to be the streets that
are gated at Pico. But where else
in the City can you get a large completely remodeled 5 bedroom, 3ba home for under
$1mil?

The later portion of our day took us a bit east to a
beautiful Los Feliz neighborhood where we found this lovely, traditonal Spanish
4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house.
Listed for $1,695,000 It's the perfect family friendly home.

Just as it started to pour, we made our way to our last stop to see this 1951 Classic California Ranch style house in a gated section of Beachwood Canyon. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and listed at $995,000.
