This week I had a lot on my agenda to pack into three hours so I decided to go it alone. First stop was in Los Feliz to visit one of our upcoming RED listings during the photo shoot. The house was fantastic and an exciting way to start caravan. 2bedrooms/1 bath $849,000.

There was too much to see today back in the Miracle Mile
area, so I didn't dwell on the East side.
Luckily, I was able to zip back quickly to see everything on my
list. First favorite was this

unit above the garage (all for $849,000).
Lucky for me, they were serving lunch here from the neighborhood cafe,
Paper+Plastik Cafe. I
couldn't have found a better way to finish my day.
