This week I hopped in the car with two of my colleagues from RED, John Barrentine and Chuck Marquant, to see what was new on the market. Since the year is winding down, my expectations were low and I didn't expect to see many properties of interest, but we were all pleasantly surprised to see a number of surprisingly nice houses. Here are the highlights:
This remodeled California Bungalow in Spaulding Square ($1,169,000) with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths :

Another find this week was this Spanish Oasis

for $1,175,000 and is a great example of a home that although extensively
remodeled, still offers a multitude of it's original architectural details.

Last, we headed up to Outpost in Hollywood to see this 5 bedroom/4.5 bathroom newly constructed Mediterranean Home. Priced at $2,250,000, we were all impressed with the size.

Well, that's it for this mid-December week. Who knows what next week will bring, as the holidays closely approach, but that's what I love about real estate - you just never know what next week will offer!
