Transformations

I'm endlessly fascinated by the real estate transformations that I see every week.

Some, like this 3 bedroom, 2 bath on Crescent Heights - now priced at $729,000 are properties that have undergone a renovation in a matter or months.

This was the original living room

which now has been broken up  into two bedrooms (I only have a pic of this one)

All of this interior structure is now gone

in favor of a total open floor plan

Others, like this charming 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom bungalow priced at $549,000, are from pics of previous listings on the property that I can look up on the MLS.

and I still like it after
so interesting to see the different ways this kitchen

has been interpreted
and the secluded deck 

too!
Here's a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house in the Miracle Mile area I saw this week that's been recently freshened ($1.199,000).
Amazing how a few simple changes

Can make all the difference!

makes a huge difference too!

Saw this 5 bedroom, 2 bath today in Wilshire Park ($799,000).  It hasn't been touched in 40 years and has huge potential.  Can't wait to see what it will look like in 3 to 4 months time.....
