When you see as many homes every week as realtors do, you
start to really appreciate the details that make one property more memorable
than another. Today the
details of some of the houses I saw on caravan really stuck with me. I'd seen the photos, but in the flesh
these details really shined thru.
In this updated 3 bedroom/2 bathroom Spanish style home listed for $1,249,000 in Hancock Park...
...it was the cozy built in breakfast nook...
...and original lovely built in framed glass cabinets.
In this 3 Bedroom/4 bathroom elegantly remodeled Spanish
home in the Beverly Center Miracle Mile Area listed for $1,525,000...
...it was the arched windows in both the office/bedroom and living room...
...the perfectly executed remodeled open floor plan that flowed between dining room, kitchen, family room and backyard...
...and the exquisite outdoor entertainment area and super large pool!
In this 3 bedroom/3bathroom Wilshire Vista recent flip listed at $879,000..
...it was green tile in the guest bathroom - I have a thing for green tile.
...the quartz countertops in the newly opened up kitchen...
...and the amazing way they had transformed the awkward floor plan of the original house (which I had toured a few months ago) into this intimate and beautiful master suite. So pretty!
Another reason I love real estate.....the endless and somehow always unexpected details......around every turn!
