Yesterday I had the opportunity to ride along during caravan
with our Keller Williams Larchmont team leader, Joey Sacavich - What a Joy! The homes we saw along the way were also pure enjoyment - a long, but very satisfying real estate day.
There are two developers I like to follow and both had new
homes on the market and open today.
The first was this 3 bedroom, 3 bath Spanish, restored and renovated by Better Shelter. It's walking distance from The Grove and listed for $1,199,000.

| Living Room with high ceilings, vintage chandelier, tiled fireplace and attached bbq deck |
| formal dining room |
| Expansive kitchen with custom wood cabinetry and lots of Carrera marble |
| more custom cabinets and carrerra marble in the bathrooms, too. |
| Master bedroom opens into the backyard and has ensuite bath |
| Expansive detached bonus space features two rooms, a cozy fireplace and bathroom |
Next we made a stop at this West Hollywood remodeled craftsman
style 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom bungalow.
I was really surprised by how much I liked this one. Although on the small side at 1442 sq feet, this home was open, spacious and very well designed. I could definitely call this one home. Priced at $1.124,900.
| Walled and gated yard makes this home very private |
| living room, dining room and kitchen are all one large bright open space |
| all modern amenities |
| beautiful and spacious bathrooms - wouldn't you want to soak in this old fashioned claw-foot tub? |

| multiple outdoor entertainment areas for eating |
| and lounging |
The next highlight was a renovation way up at the top of
Nichols Canyon by another one of my favorite developers, ModOp Design. Their
properties are always very impressive
- well worth the 10 minute winding drive (thanks Joey!). This one is a 2 bedroom/1 bath cottage redesigned with a
modern touch for $749,000.
| magical upper Nichols Canyon Setting |
| tree top views |
| High Vaulted ceilings, rustic brick fireplace |
| large kitchen and dining space |
| All the rooms had lots of light |
| Dual custom vanity with large soaking tub - love the charcoal tile! |
| Great front and back patios - nice for entertaining |
The next home worth a
mention was this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom Spanish beauty. This one also featured an open floor plan and was also
extensively remodeled. It's
offered for $1,295,000.
| Secluded corner lot |
| Distinctive vaulted, beamed ceilings - I'm a sucker for vaulted ceilings! |
| Kitchen and Dining Room flow to a newly built entertainment patio |
| sophisticated kitchen |
| We all loved the built in comfy kitchen sitting area |
| Garage has been converted to a bonus room, perfect for a home office |
| Custom tiled fountain on newly built patio |
Last and worth a mention was this 3 bedroom/ 1 bathroom
Craftsman in the Mid-Wilshire area.
The house was built in 1911 and all of the original details and
built-ins were intact, including a large brick Fireplace with surrounding built in seating. It was
loaded with character and charm and will be very easy to renovate. At $459,000 this one has already
attracted multi-offers.
I ended the day at a photo shoot for a listing that my
group, RED is about to put on the market this week. This house is stunning - a large two story totally
renovated Mediterranean gem. I'm excited to be hosting an open house here this Sunday, March 3 from 1pm-4pm. Come stop by at 736 S Citrus
$1,395,000 for a look at this one.
I'm sure I'll be featuring it here on the blog next week.
