This week's market is full of well priced, ready to move in houses in accessible LA neighborhoods. Here's a few that I especially liked:
1) Fantastic Family Home for $649,900 - 3 Bdrm, 2 ba newly renovated home just E. of Fairfax, between Pico and Venice. This neighborhood -South of Pico did not used to be desirable, but has become more and more popular over the past 10 years. This one will go really fast.
2) My personal favorite was this 1950's Franklin Hills Mid-Century (Los Feliz/Silverlake Area) priced at $759,000. California Living at it's best with expansive views, lots of natural light, multiple patios and garden areas. The open floor plan and walls of glass perfectly integrate the indoor and outdoor space. It's biggest shortfall is that there is only 1 bathroom. Perfect for a single person, or a couple without kids.
3) $599,000 in Brookside - this sweet, intimate Spanish 2 bedroom/1 bathroom is on my street. There's an identical house next door that's also for sale, a real fixer for $499,000. They can be purchased individually or together for a huge discount.
4) Two of our own listings in Wilshire Vista were also were highlights in the category this week - both are 3 Bdrm/2ba and are priced at $879,000. They are absolutely beautiful! I especially loved the round terrace off the master bedroom on the two story one. Both of these homes will be open this weekend - Sunday Jan. 14th from 1pm-4pm.
